Hi, I'm Colin.

I'm a sophomore studying computer science at the University of Pennsylvania and enjoy working on problems in agentic AI and RL. Also, I'm currently an engineer at Refresh, where I work on pipelines for building environments for agents.

Previously, I was a founding engineer at Collegize, where I made LLM-powered tools for college applicants. At Penn, I conducted research under Tessa Cook helping integrate AI into radiology workflows, and built environments for computer use agents under Vincent Liu.

When I'm not coding, I enjoy taekwondo, lifting, and reading manga.
